Job Description
Winsupply Sourcing Services (WSS) operates ~2 million square feet of wholesaling warehouse space, while offering inventory and vendor management, to be the premier vendor partner for our customer base.
Our customer base consists of aspiring entrepreneurs who own and operate their own wholesale distribution businesses, now over 650 businesses nationwide. Therefore, this job provides the opportunity to have a direct impact in the success of entrepreneurial small businesses across the United States. The Winsupply Family of Companies engage with over 10,000 different vendor partners during a fiscal year. WSS transacts with vendors and customers nearly three quarters of a million times in a given fiscal year. In this role, you will help drive strategic decision making and management action through data analysis.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Strategic Projects
- Support Winsupply Sourcing Services Leadership Team in any special project requests related to data analysis, including, but not limited to:
- Distribution center operations and key performance indicators
- Network expansion and optimization of expense areas
- Distribution center and Local Company profitability results and opportunities
- Work with Vendor Accounting Services team to build dashboarding for all levels of WSS leadership; serve as a liaison with Business Intelligence
Vendor Engagement Agreements and DC Pricing
- Hold vendors accountable to delivering data requirements within vendor engagement agreements that include item level rebatable data
- Work with EDI collection / Onbase team to compare and analyze payables detail, rebatable detail, and vendor contracts; support development of vendor incentive income automation
- Support Distribution Center Processing Pricing Processing Specialists with price reviews to ensure Distribution Centers receiving and delivering best price available in market
Data Analysis Expertise and Sourcing Support
- Serve as expert and resource in use of CaseWare IDEA for all Sourcing teams
- Actively work with all Sourcing teams to understand process and build/develop automation opportunities through the use of IDEA data analysis software

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Data Analytics or related field. In lieu of degree, relevant experience considered.
- Proficient with office technology and software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in wholesale industry.
