Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sr. Product Manager to shape product strategy and business value
Research workflows and help determine where AI can be used to enhance the workflow and process
Translate user needs into detailed business case, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Act as the primary contact for team requirement clarifications
Define and monitor key performance metrics post-product launch
Facilitate product demos and support team presentations
Support implementations of AI solutions and functionality

Requirements
Associate degree required, Bachelor’s preferred in relevant field (Business, Computer Science, etc.)
3 - 5 years related experience in digital health or IT environments preferred
Experience in Agile methodologies and as part of an Agile team
Strong analytical skills, including cost-benefits analysis for feature prioritization
Ability to drive AI initiatives and improve processes autonomously
Experience in writing and managing user stories in an agile setting
Relevant certifications if no degree or Associate Degree
