💼 What we’re looking for:
✔️ Proven supervisory/team lead experience
✔️ Strong technical troubleshooting skills (Windows, networking, firewalls)
✔️ Detail-oriented and customer-focused
✔️ Clear communicator—both written and verbal
✔️ Comfortable managing Helpdesk workflows and reporting to management
🛠️ Bonus if you’ve worked with PBX systems, VoIP platforms, or firewall appliances like Watchguard or SonicWall.
