Vernovis is looking for a Salesforce Developer that will play a key role in customizing and enhancing our clients Salesforce environment to support CRM workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations with other systems. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions that align with long-term growth.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Maintain data quality and integrity across objects and workflows.
• Create reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-release support activities.

What You'll Have:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
• Experience with integrations, automation tools (e.g., Flow Builder), and version control.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Salesforce Platform certifications are a plus.
• Experience in a high-growth environment is a plus.
