Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing projects, ensuring timelines are met, projects are efficiently assigned, teams are led effectively, and customer relationships are well-maintained. Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
    • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
    • Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members to ensure project success.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project goals, updates, and expectations.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
    • Gather and understand client requirements and expectations.
    • Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to clients in a clear and timely manner.
  • Resource Allocation:
    • Effectively allocate resources to tasks and projects based on workload and priorities.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify resource needs and address any constraints.
    • Optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity and project efficiency.
  • Quality Control:
    • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
    • Conduct regular reviews of project work to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement corrective actions as needed to address quality issues.

Qualifications

Qualifications / Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, preferred
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry.
