Will be responsible for projects from inception to end, and design, analysis, selection, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, highly available, cost-efficient, and meets business requirements and demands work collaboratively with software engineering to define infrastructure, deployment, and release requirements. Will develop and maintain software build and release pipelines and provide application deployment and release support. Will define system standards and computing policy under the direction of
management and will help rationalize and standardize the tools and technologies used by clients. Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale. Participates in on-call support activities to monitor the operational status of systems. Includes
timely responses to operational alerts via text messages and/or emails, etc., using ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, MicroServices/ Web API, Visual Studio.NET, LINQ, AJAX, MVC.Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2, MYSQL, and MS AccessSource Code Management: GIT, Github, Team Foundation Server, Tortoise SVN, Visual SourceSafe, Computer Associates Harvest, etc.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering with 60 months’ experience will be considered. Foreign equivalent accepted. Relocation to unanticipated locations in the future for short periods up to 15-30 days.
